REGIONAL/DISTRICT MANAGER

Plan and lead the activities of all dispensaries within the assigned area of operation, including full profit and loss responsibility, while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies to accomplish goals

Must have a proven history of successful retail management experience in the cannabis or healthcare marketplace, with experience managing multiple locations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills are critical attributes, with the ability to analyze financial reports and make decisions based on the information.  District Manager must be familiar with the geographic region he/she will oversee, or will be able to take the time to get to know it before assuming the position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited leading dispensary teams to ensure:

  • Fair administration of human resources policies & practices.
  • Area annual sales growth that meets or exceeds company targets through marketing initiatives, quality orders and efficient flow processes.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in cannabis, healthcare, or retail operations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
DISPENSARY MANAGER (DM)

Ideal candidate should have experience in the cannabis or healthcare market. The dispensary manager should have management skills, inventory control skills, cash handling skills, detail oriented, computer oriented. He/ She reports to and is supervised by the District Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Primary contact for the business
  • Assist in overseeing the entire operation of the dispensary
  • Ensures that the dispensary operations are in compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • Responsible to assure that all books, reports and certificates required by law are properly kept onfile
  • Maintain the company’s strategy on both long-term and short-termgoals
  • Interview, hire, supervise and if necessary, terminate any of the subsequent employees
  • Supervise contractors and or vendors
  • Responsible for making sure security procedures are functioning and inplace
  • Ensure that staff members are properly trained and following protocol
  • Check that all administrative records are up to date
  • Ensure maintenance, cleanliness and proper setup for the dispensary
  • Sensitize the patient population on the advantages of the dispensary
  • Assist in receiving products for the dispensary, when necessary
  • Assist in marketing strategies; including working relationships with local medical doctors as well as ensuring all social media is updated
  • Recommend additional work to be done in the dispensary to the District Manager
  • Review FLDHS inspection reports and/or notices and note any action to betaken
  • Fill in any position needed at dispensary site
  • Oversee dispensary dailyoperations
  • Oversee and ensure delivery services are optimized
  • Set weekly work schedule for any subsequent dispensary agents
  • Responsible for opening and closing the dispensary
  • Responsible for opening the safe, counting money, managing incoming and outgoing money and inventory
  • Verify the closing cash register reports and beginning ending inventory check
  • Responsible for which products will be available and when they will be available

ASSISTANT MANAGER (AM)

Assistant manager should have management skills, retail experience, customer service, leadership, cash handling and computer skills. Preferably experienced in the medical marijuana or healthcare Industry.

The Assistant Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary operations are in compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

The Assistant Dispensary Manager collaborates with the Dispensary Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture.

The Assistant Dispensary Manager is an exempt level position and reports to the Dispensary Manager. Must pass a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In absence of dispensary manager, AM will act as manager and assume all duties and responsibilities of theDM, follow policies and procedures including inventory control; qualifying patient record keeping; security; dispensing medical marijuana; and patient education andsupport.

  • Responsible for helping open and close the facility
  • Update all social media and menus
  • Update PowerPoint presentation and hard copy menus in the dispensary
  • Responsible for checking voice mail and returning calls
  • Setup/close registers
  • Maintain all paperwork for buyers and suppliers
  • Keep new patient forms and education materials in stock

Sales Floor Lead

The Dispensary Lead collaborates with the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture.Applicant should have customer service experience, computer, team work, cash handling and retail skills. Preferably experienced in the medical marijuana or healthcare Industry. He/She reports to and is supervised by the Dispensary Manager and the Assistant Manager. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with POS software.

  • Manage all patient care consultants.
  • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring dispensing procedures are happening in compliance with AZDHS regulations including admissions, verification of patient eligibility, allotment of available medicine, entering patient data into the POS software.
  • Assists in training, supervising and evaluating all patient care consultants.
  • Scheduling Dispensary Staff Trainings.
  • Manage all menu platforms utilized by the dispensary daily.
  • Manage and package delivery orders along with ensuring delivery team is compliant and meeting expectations.
  • Merchandise and stock the sales floor, clean, and intelligently and professionally sell and up-sell a wide range of products within their store.
  • Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping and store appearance are met.
  • All other duties as assigned by dispensary manager.

Medtender

Medtenders should have customer service experience, computer, team work, cash handling and retailskills. Preferably experienced in the medical marijuana or healthcare Industry. He/She reports to and is supervised by the Dispensary Manager and the Assistant Manager. Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.

  • Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
  • Ensure Patients’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
  • Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
  • Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively
  • Follow policies and procedures, including inventory control, qualifying patient record keeping, security, dispensing medical marijuana, patient education and support
  • Represent our philosophy on customer service and customer relationships
  • Arrive on time, morning shifts before the doors open to set up. Closing shifts stay until all the work has been
  • Ensure the dispensary is ready to serve the patients
  • Clean and organize med tending room, bathroom and back room before opening and closing including wiping down counters and
  • Ensure POS and customer areas are clean and organized
  • Stock inventory as requested by DM or AM

  • Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, bank teller, or other work experience with strict compliance standards preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in medical cannabis industry highly desirable, but not required.

RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK

Receptionist/Front desk should have customer service experience, computer, team work, cash handling and retail skills. Preferably experienced in the medical marijuana or healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

  • Greet patients in person or via telephone with a friendly welcoming attitude
  • Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
  • Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
  • Ensure patients’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
  • Add new patients into BioTrack and check-in existingones
  • Answer phone calls
  • Fillandexecutepick-up orders
  • Update menus on TVs, hard copies, and online

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Applicant should have knowledge in horticultural practices and soil growing methods and pest management. Needs to be self-starting and have a desire to learn and expand their knowledge. Must have a high attention to detail. Must be able to maintain work flow with standard operating procedures. Must maintain a safe and clean work environment. Must adhere to compliance with all state and company regulations. Must have a high degree of flexibility, a strong work ethic and a passion for growth and development in this industry. Applicant must be an effective communicator.

You will be responsible for daily task to care for the plants as well as related various tasks in the grow.
